Health Systems Solutions, Inc. Announces New Executive Appointments
TAMPA, Fla. March 4, 2008 – Health Systems Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: HSSO) today announced that Wanda Sebald, Tom Lillis and Ted Weaver have been promoted to new leadership positions within the organization. In their new responsibilities, Ms. Sebald will lead HSS's Sales efforts, while Mr. Lillis will take direct responsibility for growing HSS' consulting business, Performance Advisors. Ted Weaver will lead a new growth effort to build customized technology solutions for HSS' client base through the Professional Services Group."HSS is fortunate to have the depth in its management team to be able to dedicate senior executives to new growth areas while having the ability to fill their positions with proven veterans," said Stan Vashovsky, CEO and Chairman of the Board of HSS. Ms. Sebald has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales for the HSS product lines ADVANTAGE™, ANALYZER™, VividNet™, VividCare™, VividCall™, Professional Services and Performance Advisors. Ms. Sebald has been with HSS for 15 years and in addition has held sales leadership roles for over 30 years with Merisel, GTE/Verizon and Prime Capital. During her career, Ms. Sebald has consistently been recognized as a top sales producer and strategic business developer, providing customers with solutions that impact their business on a daily basis.
Mr. Lillis will assume the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Performance Advisors and ANALYZER™. The Performance Advisors Group, powered by HSS' ANALYZER™ software, is a consulting service that allows clients to utilize HSS for revenue recovery and clinical and profitability optimization projects. Mr. Lillis brings over 20 years of experience to this role in sales, business and alliance development and consultative service offerings from numerous leadership positions, including AnswerThink Consulting, KPMG Consulting, Alliente Inc. and Magellan Business Partners. He was also a founder of National Document Management Practices and co-founder of Hackett Benchmarking Best Practices Group and Cambridge Outsourcing.
Mr. Weaver moves into the newly created role of Vice President of Professional Services. In this position, Mr. Weaver will be dedicated to customizing software solutions for select customers with complex needs. Mr. Weaver has more than 20 years of experience in technology, project and product management and consultative services providing client solutions with KPMG Consulting, AnswerThink Consulting, Alliente Inc. and Magellan Business Partners.
